THE ARTICLE ABOUT THE STATUS AND TRENDS OF PREPARATION OF PEDAGOGICAL STAFF FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITH THE CRIMEAN TATAR LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION

Abstract
In the article considers the status and trends of preparation of teachers for teaching in educational establishments with Crimean Tatar language of instruction. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the tendencies of modern teacher training in the Crimea and abroad, showed the common and different in some approaches to the problem, that once again emphasizes the attention for systematic work in this area. During the study, it was proved that the fundamental nature of teacher education is competency-based and mobility specialist.
