THE COMPETITIVENESS OF GRAIN FARMING INDUSTRY AND THE FACTORS OF ITS FORMATION

Abstract
The formation of competitive economic structures toward grain market type capable of the most of the land and ensure stable food security occupies an important place in agricultural policy of all industrialized countries. The value of agricultural sector enterprise competitiveness in today's economy grows, the need of greater saturation of the domestic market in agricultural products and domestic production is required to improve their quality, diversification, which ultimately determines the ability of the country to sell their products both inside and outside. In Ukraine as a whole and at the regional level of grain production capacity is a particular strategic of importance to improve agriculture, its successful development and poverty crisis in neighboring industry. Raising the efficiency of grain production is the major problem, the solution of which depends on the sub grain products ensure competitiveness and food security. Solving this problem should be carried out not only at national but also at regional level where people settled the issue of food.
