THE IDEOLOGICAL AND AESTHETIC PECULIARITIES OF AR-THUR SCHNITZLERʼS DRAMA

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the ideological and aesthetic peculiari-ties and internal structure of Arthur Schnitzler’s dramaturgy. As a result of this analysis, it was concluded that moral issues were the basic and determinant for the author, and the fundamental dramaturgic means is the discussions of characters about various moral categories and principles. Naturalistic precision in author’s dramas ascend to the symbolic mysteriousness in the first place with the help of paradoxical blending of expressionistic and impressionistic means.
