Abstract
It is researched in the article the concept of corporate social responsibility. It is defined the model of corporate social responsibility. It is highlighted the need for dialogue with the stakeholders of the company. It is observed the importance of CSR for effective business development. It is pointed out the advantages of the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs.
