THE POLITICAL REGIME AND ITS ROLE IN THE REGULATION OF RELATIONS BETWEEN SOCIETY AND THE STATE

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of the political regime. It analyzes its role in the regulation of relations between society and the state. It determines that, a certain state of society is formed according to the political regime. However, the process of democratization of power in Ukraine has slowed down, making it difficult to regulate social relations. The society has a limited impact on the power. The Social pressure and the struggle are two extreme forms of power relations that exist in Ukrainian society.
