The practical importance of the cellular and humoral immunity evaluation in complicated caries and periodontitis patients

Abstract
Patients with caries and its complications in a combination with periodontitis were investigated by clinical and immune methods in our work. The interrelation between the clinical and immune indicators was revealed at complicated caries in a combination with average and heavy degree periodontitits accordingly. The recommendations were formulated for increase of treatment efficiency, reduction of the complex pathologies treatment terms, relapses prevention and prolongation of clinical and laboratory remission in addition to traditional medical complex in stomatologic practice. Results of our work will help to stop inflammatory and destructive process, stimulate osteogenesis, destroy odontogenic centers of infection and normalize immunity in oral cavity.
