The question of agricultural cooperation in works of professor V.G. Bazhaev

Abstract
On the basis of the scientific analysis of works of V.G. Bazhaev historical aspects of development of agricultural cooperation in the Russian empire and in countries of Western Europe are recreated. It is established that the scientist has defined concept «cooperation» and «cooperative society». V.G. Bazhaev allocates various types of cooperative societies: agricultural societies, syndicates, artels and so forth. Investigating the given problem, the basic attention concentrates on the analysis of country co operative movement. V.G. Bazhaev scientific works are very important for researchers, and also historians of an agrarian science because they help to understand an overall picture of origin, formation and development of agricultural cooperation in the different countries.
