The role of the interconnection of professional and amateur folk dance groups in Ukraine in the 40’s and 80’s of the twentieth century in the upbringing of younger generation

Abstract
The preconditions that contributed to the massive development of amateur dance art in Ukraine in the 40−80’s of the 20th century were characterized. The postwar period became a stage for the restoration and improvement of the work of children’s amateur dance groups. After the war, the dance artistic amateur activities system has become widespread thanks to such activities as two-year and short-term training courses for dance group leaders and permanent workshops for young dance instructors conducted by methodists of regional folk art houses throughout the Soviet Union. The provisioning problem of professional amateur folk dance groups managers-choreographers at the formation stage of amateur dance groups system is highlighted. The tendencies of relationships between professional and amateur choreographic teams of Ukraine in 40−80 years of the XX century are analyzed. The orientation on the repertoire and the work of professional collectives increased the gap between amateur creativity and directly folk dance traditions, due to which regional features and sometimes national features were lost. The national identity of folk dances was shifted, chamber duo and solo rooms disappeared, and at the same time the individuality of the dancer-performer disappeared.
