To the Issue of Electronic Distribution of Customs Declarations

Abstract
The article is dedicated to researching the issue of electronic distribution of customs declarations in the process of assignment of customs clearance in automatic mode by customs clearance subdivision officer for completion of customs formalities according to corresponding customs declaration. On the ground of analysis of active legislation of Ukraine that concerns the issues of public customs affairs, it was determined that implementation of distribution of electronic versions of customs declarations among customs clearance subdivision officers in automatic mode in order of precession of their receipt in customs clearance subdivisions contributes into transparent registration of electronic versions of the declarations.
