Trust in social networks

Abstract
The authors discuss the development of trust on social networks sites, pointing out its multidimensional character. Trust is understood as a combination of trust towards other users, the trust towards the site developer and the trust towards different organizations. The article indicates interrelations between trust, user relationships, the virtual identity and the social capital created in such online communities.
