Abstract
Documents that will influence significantly the music movement in terms of the bagpipes after years in Bogotá, Are the ones used by Contreras in his ongoing teaching about Tovar. The students had the chance to know more about this Caribbean legend, whom at the time was not mentioned regularly within the music scene.
