Wpływ warunków atmosferycznych na decyzję dowódcy (pilota) wojskowego statku powietrznego

Abstract
Polish aviation is being developed faster and faster. For example, flight safety regulations have been introduced recently. The same is true of Polish military aviation, which is improved every year, with flight safety being the most significant aspect nowadays. Every flight is prepared a long time before the take-off. This paper describes the preparation of a flight in military aviation. One of the most important aspects discussed is meteorologi- cal regulations and their influence on flight safety. The author analyses the decision process which a pilot in command has to deal with during the preparation of an air task. The reader will find out what kind of qualities and skills a pilot should have in order to prepare a flight in a safe manner.
