Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, organizational culture and information technology on the application of accrual-based SAP with vertical organizational communication as a moderation variable. This research was conducted atBKAD Kulonprogo Regency. The respondents consist of 40 BKAD staff using simple random sampling method. The data used in the form of primary data by using questionnaires from some modified previous research, interviews, and observations. Moderation analysis with moderated regression analysis (MRA) test was used to analyze the data.The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources positively affect the application of accrual-based SAP, organizational culture has a positive effect on the accrual-based SAP applications, information technology has no effect on the accrual-based SAP implementation, vertical organizational communication strengthens the relationship between the quality of human resources with the accrual-based SAP implementation, vertical organization does not reinforce the relationship between with the accrual-based SAP implementation, and vertical organizational communication does not reinforce the relationship between information technology and the accrual-based SAP implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of easy to use, efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this study begins with data collection using a questionnaire carried out at Bank BNI, Yogyakarta City. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents using accidental sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 1-5 point scale to measure 10 question indicators. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, classic assumption test. Only after that is done a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate the easy to use variable has an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of achievement motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the UST Yogyakarta Public Administration Bureau (BAU) with a sample of 35 employees. Researchers use data collection techniques or questionnaires to determine whether achievement motivation and work discipline are partially or jointly positive and significant to employee performance. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis which is preceded by the classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test to determine the effect of achievement motivation on the performance and discipline of UST Yogyakarta employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of exchange rate variables on profitability, (2) the effect of exchange rate on stock return, (3) interest rate influence on profitability, (4) influence of interest rate on stock return, (5) to stock return, (6) influence of rupiah exchange rate, interest rate to stock return through profitability.The technique used is a census or a total sample with criteria of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) which presents complete financial statements during the study period (2012-2014). Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis supported by F test, T test, and determination.The results of this study showed that(1) exchange rate was negative and significant to profitability α = 0,05 (p = 0,009), (2) exchange rate has no significant effect on stock return α = 0,05 (p = 0,131), (3) interest rate has a positive effect on profitability α = 0,005 (p = 0,003), (4) theinterest rate has no significant effect on stock return α = 0,05 (p = 0,782), (5) profitability have positive effect on stock return α0,05 (p = 0,003), (6) the rupiah exchange rate against stock return through profitabiltias shows the value (1,965> 1,960), as well as for the result of the interest rate calculation on the stock return through profitabiltias shows (2,108> 1,960).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the satisfaction job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) mediates the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study all employees ID Photo Book which numbered 80 employees. The sampling technique in this research is convenience sampling, to obtain a sample of 50 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, while data analysis technique used is regression with clausal methods and Sobel. Based on the results of this study indicate Perceived Organizational Support (POS) effect on satisfaction job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) because it has a significant value <0.05. While the satisfaction job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) because it has a significant value> 0.05. While based on the Sobel test satisfaction variable job (JOB) and Affective Commitment (AC) did not mediate the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, price to buyer decisions, promotion of buyer decision, and product quality, price, promotion together influence on purchasing decision of pantene shampoo in Wates City Yogyakarta.The population in this research is the consumer of Pantene Shampoo in Yogyakarta City examined by the writer include Product Quality (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3) and Purchase Decision (Y). The sample of the study was 100 consumers who used Pantene Shampoo inWates City. Data collection method used questionnaire method, while data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis supported by T test and F test and classical assumption test consist of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokedastisity test.Result of research with 5% or 0,05 significance level indicates that product quality significantly influence purchasing decision (0.000 <0,05), price have significant effect to purchasing decision (0.000 <0,05), and promotion has significant effect to purchasing decision 0.000 <0.05). Simultaneously variable of product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect to purchasing decision of prodak shampoo pantene in Wates city ofYogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of remuneration, non-financial compensation, the democratic leadership style towards employee work motivation at PT Taspen (Persero), Branch of Yogyakarta. This study began with collecting data through questionnaire method by taking a sample of the entire population of 35. Data analysis which was used including validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test), simple linear regression test, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that.there was a positive effect of remuneration, nonfinancial compensation, and the democratic leadership style simultaneously towards employee work motivation shown by Fcount >Ftable (19,513>2,91) in signification value of 5% and regression coefficients in positive value of 0,809 (sig. 0,000>0,05). Employee work motivation were influenced by remuneration, non-financial compensation, the democratic leadership style of 62% and the rest 38% were influenced by other variable which was not researched.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the influence of Economic Value Added and Market Value Added on Stock Return with Capital Cost as Intervening in the company of manufacturing sector sub sector of consumer goods industry LQ45 listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Period used in this study is 3 (three) years, ie from 2014-2016.This study includes correlation research, which is a causal relationship. Between independent variables of economic value added (EVA), market valueadded (MVA) to stock depende returnvariable with capital cost as intervening at company LQ45 year 2014-2016. This study aims to examine the effect of EVA, MVA, Capital Cost and Return of stock. Data in the form of figures obtained from sempel population research is analyzed by statistical methods and then interpreted.Based on data analysis result by using partial test (t test). Economic Value Added has a significant positive effect on stockreturn. Market Value Added has a significant positive effect on stock return. Capital Cost has a significant negative effect on stock return. Economic Value Added has a significant positive effect on capital cost. Market Value Added has a significant positive effect on capital cost. Path Analysis (Path Analisys) The magnitude of the indirect effect is no greater than the direct effect. So it can be concluded that Capital Cost does not become Intervening Variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Size, Capital Structure and Tax Avoidance on FirmValue simultaneously and partially. Population in this research is manufacturing company which entered in LQ45 at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2011-2016.The type of data in this study is secondary data with sample selection technique usedis purposive sampling with a period of research for six year. Methods of data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis with a significance Level of 5%.The results showed that simultaneously Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size, Capital Structure, and Tax Avoidance have a positive and significant effect to FirmValue. Partially, Corporate Social Responsibility has nosignificant effect on FirmValue, Corporate Size has negative andsignificant effect to FirmValue, Capital Structure has positive and significant influence to FirmValue, Tax Avoidance has negative andsignificant effect to FirmValue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know: (1) the influence of work environment affecting job satisfaction; (2) influence of job satisfaction affect to employee loyalty; (3) the influence of work environment affecting employee loyalty; (4) the influence of the work environment with the mediated job satisfaction on employee loyalty and also how much influence.This research is a quantitative research . Population in this research is employees of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The sample of research is 63 respondents. Data collection was done by questioner methodthat was distributed to 63 respondents. Data analysis technique used is regression analysis supported by classical assumption test, F test, T test, and path analysis test, with the help of SPSScomputer program version 17.0.Result of data analysis with significance 0,05 or5% indicate that work environment have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction with t-count value bigger than t-table (6,171> 1,6706) with probability (0,000) smaller than significant level 0.05. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee loyalty with t-count value greater than t-table (16,948> 1,67076) with probability (0,000) smaller than significant level 0,05. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty with t-hit value greater than t-table (9,903> 1,6706) with probability (0,000) smaller than significant level 0,05. And work environment have positive and significant effect to employee loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variable at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. This can be seen in the results of path analysis which resulted in a total influence value greater than direct effect (1.377> 0.785).

Abstract

Bantul. Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this studyis causal or called causal relations. the population is the whole of the research subject is Employee PT PDAM Bantul which amounted to 220 employees.165 employees are outside or in the field and employees who are or work in the office is as many as 55 people, because researchers only need employees who are or work in the office only then 55 employees who work in the office as a sample. Methods of collecting data in the form of questionnaires. While Tekhik data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis (T) test and F test. And classical assumption test consist of Normality Test, Multicolinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 show that Competation have positive significant effect to job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive significant effect to job satisfaction, work environment have positive significant effect on job satisfaction. There is simultaneous influence of variable of compensation, culture and work environment to prove there is satisfaction work a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand whether there is a partial influence between PER, EPS, ROE, and EVA variables on Stock Return and to understand whether there is influence simultaneously on PER, EPS, ROE, and EVA variables on Stock Return.Technique of data retrieval in this research is method of documentation. Types of data used are secondary data types, Testing statistics performed with SPSS 18.0 for windows application program, including descriptive statistics, simple regression analysis, and classical assumption test.Partial test results obtained that PER significantly affect the stock return seen in Table 4.3.5 PER value in beta table of 0.367 with a significant value of 0.05. while EPS has no significant effect on stock return seen in Table 4.3.5 EPS value in beta table of 0.005 with significant value equal to 0.986, and ROE has no significant effect on stock return seen in Table 4.3.5 EPS value in beta table of 0.422 with a significant value of 0.083, while EVA has a significant negative effect on stock returns seen in Table 4.3.5 EVA value in the beta table of -0.484 with a significant value of 0.036. In Table 4.3.6 it is clear that the value of F arithmetic is 3,342 with significant 0.027. It states that the influence of PER, EPS, ROE, and EVA simultaneously or simultaneously can influence stock return.
