Abstract
The small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are one of the basic pillars in any economy. Their participation and development in Ecuador is highly significant, despite the problems they experienced. The investigation has the objective of analyzing which are the difficulties that the productive sector SMEs presents in the country, especially in the search for financing. The applied credit policies, the reforms that were made regarding financial institutions and the interest rates applied to this sector, the incentives and programs that SMEs have to promote their growth are analyzed. As well as the existing obstacles and limitations on the part of the banking and cooperative system, such as: requirements, lapses to approve the credit, lack of financial projection, risk management and mainly high interest rates. Within this research, a review of the credit policies implemented in Ecuador is carried out and how these have helped or impaired the access to the credit offered by the financial system to the SMEs. This analysis will contribute to future works, providing relevant information for the development of better public policies and regulations in favor of this economic sector with a view to solving various current economic problems.

Abstract
The global health crisis caused by the appearance and spread of the new Coronavirus SARS-COV-2, has brought with it global effects on the economy and society. Situation intensified in underdeveloped countries like Cuba, favoring the actions of the university and its processes in new and complex scenarios; Therefore, the management of impact tasks from the university extension process becomes one of the essential tools to face the pandemic, according to the social demands that have occurred in the different territories and the professional profile of the students. The preset work is the result of the research project “Improvement of the curricular process in university careers” and its purpose is to make some reflections on the actions to confront COVID-19 from the management of impact tasks at the Granma’s University.

Abstract
The objective of this investigation consists on determining the causes that cause the malnutrition energy protein in children from 0 to 15 years in the municipality Cauto Cristo, province Granma, to elaborate a communicative strategy from the sociology of the education that helps to lessen this problem of health. The same one opens the way to explain the importance of assisting the boy's necessities from an early age. For this study it was necessary to use methods and investigative techniques as the interview and the scientific observation. The discoveries demonstrate that, if having an adequate condition of life and it is carried out a good communicative work with the school, family, the community and the health system, can diminish the percent of undernourished children.

Abstract
The physical preparation in the handball has a significant character, specifically the work of the force. It is of vital importance to be a team sport in which efforts of maximum intensity and short duration are made, in those that the players have to run, to jump and to throw the ball. Besides, it can be consider that the handball is also a contact sport, because during the games the players often carry out actions against their opponents as blockades, pushes and grab. In the present work is exposed a set of exercises by muscular planes; it favors the development from the resistance to the force in the handball athletes 13-15 masculine of the (EIDE) of Granma. It possesses its respective dosage, methodological indications, realization variants or execution. It constitutes a tool to the trainers so that, when planning they take into account the individual differences of the athletes, the characteristics of the team. The set shows the fundamental exercise for the work for each muscular plane and another series like complementary for a correct increase of the levels of force and to achieve an intramuscular relationship among the muscular planes that intervene in the actions; agonistic, antagonistic and fixers.

Abstract
In this work an analysis of the preparation and orientation to families is carried out. Its content expresses the theoretical bases that support the family preparation process and the middle technician families’ orientation in hygiene and epidemiology to foster contributing in changing the professional lifestyle of those students. The theoretical assumptions which have been analysed are presented from the positions of the authors of the different disciplines, and it is offered the author vision to their respect.
