乙烯淤浆聚合牌号过渡过程的模拟

Abstract
采用PC-SAFT状态方程计算乙烯聚合反应体系的物性；运用反应机理分析进行聚合过程建模；利用工业装置采集的数据，从宏观转化率、分子量及分布2个方面对所建模型进行了验证，确定了催化剂活性位为5个；构建了乙烯淤浆聚合工业流程的多活性位动力学动态模型，模拟计算得到的聚合物分子量与工业装置的分析数据十分符合，为牌号切换过程优化提供了基础。
