气井开关井过程瞬态数值模拟

Abstract

气井开关井过程中,井筒内气体的流动为瞬变流动,其压力等流动参数是井深和时间的函数。准确预测井筒流动参数的变化是合理设计完井工艺和选择井口等设备的重要依据。根据质量、动量守恒数学模型,采用隐式中心有限差分法建立差分方程组,利用牛顿-拉斐森方法求解。为了分析温度对压力的影响,分别采用了关井状态井筒温度分布(静温)和稳定生产时的温度分布(流温)进行模拟。结果表明:开关井过程中,井筒温度对井底压力变化基本没有影响,但对井口压力变化影响明显,是纯气井关井时井口压力下降和开井时井口压力上升的根本原因。
