纳米雷达吸波材料的研究

Abstract

本文利用电波暗室对三种不同的纳米材料涂层进行吸波效能测试。结果表明,以纳米SiC粉末和纳米Fe3O4粉末制成的复合吸波涂层对8 : 18GHz雷达波具有较好的吸收效果,整体小于-10dB的带宽接近4.2GHz,吸收峰值为-15.3 dB;同时其具有较小的面密度和厚度,是一种较好的新一代吸波材料。此外三种样品涂层中,纳米Fe3O4涂层对8mm波的吸收效果最好,达到-7.988dB。
