Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between stressors and strategies for stress management among high school principals of mahshahr city. Since the population of study confined to 70 people, total number method used to select the participants. Research tools consisted of stressors scale (Everly & Giradona, 1980) and stress management strategies scale (Cobain, 1990). Results showed that dominant stressor among principals was exercising and dominant strategy to manage the stress was to be exercising, too. Also, there is a powerful positive relationship between the stressors such as hastiness and working without a plan and there is a weak positive relationship between competitiveness stressor and exercising strategy.
