Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare the rational style decisions based on personality traits among school principals in secondary schools has been 2th Urmia Educational District. The statistical population included all managers of high schools in 2th Urmia Educational District to 44 people. To determine the sample size based on Morgan table and using stratified random sampling method and with regard to gender, 40 patients were selected for the study. The results showed: rational decision making style based on personality traits was different.
