Abstract
This study is conducted with the aim of studying the relationship between the knowledge combination, innovation and organizational performance in Salamat Insurance Organization. Hence, the present study is a descriptive and exploratory-survey study in terms of method of research. Statistical population studied in this study is consisted of managers and experts employed in central headquarters of Iran Salamat Insurance Organization in Tehran. Due to low number of statistical population members, Census method was used. Content validity of this questionnaire was tested by using Delphi technique method and was confirmed by a number of experts and specialists and its reliability was also confirmed by using Cronbach’s alpha test. In the end, data collected from research questionnaire was analyzed by using structural equations and results indicated that there is no significant effect between knowledge combination, innovation and organizational performance in Salamat Insurance Organization in Tehran.
