基于模糊综合评价法的乘用车产品审核模型研究

Abstract

Product audit is a quality management tool, based on the customer’s perspective to independentlyevaluate products, with promoting enterprise quality improvement and satisfying customer. In the process of product audit,different types of defects have different influences on customers and the superposition of various type defects interferes withquality analysis and promotion to some extent. In order to solve these problems, based on the passenger car field, this paperestablishes the three-level quality features of the vehicle, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry outcomprehensive calculation and evaluation of the three- level quality features with the evaluation results obtained. Theevaluation results are consistent with the subjective feelings of the audit experts and have a certain scientific nature, whichprovides a theoretical basis for the work related to product audit.
