Abstract
Russia and the United States, two superpowers of the world after 2001; It appears that there is a direct or indirect influence on the formation of foreign policies between Islamic countries. When we look at relations with Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, which are considered as exemplary countries in the study, The US and Russia are seen as the dominant force. Following the invasion of Iraq in 2003, the Palestinian Problem, in the Arab Israeli conflict, these countries exhibit different attitudes under the influence of the US and Russia. While the policies of Iran were in the axis of Russia in the beginning and after the beginning of the Arab Spring period; The politics of Egypt and Saudi Arabia have been shaped in the direction of US politics. The rivalry between the Iranian, Saudi Arabian and Egyptian powers and policies in the Middle East region; the competition between Russia and the USA is reflected in these countries to a certain extent. The energy and arms industries of the US and Russia are two of the most important sectors. The presence of energy in the Middle East, Geopolitical position and conflicts and wars in the region make the region a center of attraction for these two countries. It is the weapon that is most often bought and sold in an unstable region and increases energy prices. The United States and Russia are among the most important countries at the point of energy; the fact that the US has sold weapons to Saudi Arabia and Egypt and that Russia sees Iran as a big market has a direct impact on the relations between these countries and the countries in the region. Iran's Syrian politics coincided with Russia; Saudi Arabia's policies seem to be pro-US. In the study, it was alleged that the influence of Russia and the United States shaped the relations of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Iran with those of other actors, the evaluation was made by examining the existing relations between them. The relations between these actors are mainly based on interests; following their interests, have reached the conclusion that they have established relationships with major actors. According to the associations established with the interests, it was understood that they made economic and political preferences compatible with Russia and the USA.
