2013 Yükseköğretim Yasa Taslağına İlişkin Öğretim Elemanlarının Görüşleri: Ahi Evran Üniversitesi Örneği

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı yükseköğretim yasa taslağına ilişkin öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmış olup çalışma, Ahi Evran Üniversitesi'nde görev yapan 61 öğretim elemanı ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “YÖK Yasa Tasarısına İlişkin Görüşler Anketi” kullanılmış ve ölçme aracının iç tutarlılık güvenirliği için Cronbach alfa katsayısı hesaplanmış ve bu değer ,723 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretim üyelerine ücretli araştırma izni verilmesinin öğretim elemanlarının en olumlu değerlendirdikleri madde olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca öğretim elemanları, akademik performans ölçütlerinin neler olduğunun yasada açıkça ifade edilmesini gerekli görmektedirler.
