3D REPREZENTATION IN INVENTOR AND FINIT ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF A BICYCLE
Journal Title: Journal of Industrial Design and Engineering Graphics - Year 2016, Vol 11, Issue 2
Abstract
The bike is a great way to travel from one point to another, given the possibility of a higher mobility on smaller distances, providing a healthy style of living, travel and sports. The best choice for town is a mountain-bike due to suspension front and rear, optionally offering a better stability and extra comfort.

SOME CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE APPLICATION OF THEORY IN PROBLEM SOLVING SPATIAL PROJECTION OF SIMPLE OBJECTS
This paper highlights how the knowledge of descriptive geometry could be interconnected with using Microsoft Office programs in order to develop the educational materials. Also, it can be deduced that the graphical repre...
FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF STRESSES DISTRIBUTIONS ON THE SHAFTS AND THE HOUSING OF A HELICAL GEAR REDUCER
The design of helical speed reducer is mainly a process based on analytical and empirical equations. The complexity of the product imposes a big number of empirical factors to be used in calculus, which often varies with...
THE MODAL ANALYSIS OF A CARBON FIBER HELICOPTER BLADE
The blade and the rotor’s components belong to the helicopter’s vital parts, parts that if they fail or if they malfunction it will result inevitably in the total destruction of the flying machine. The vibrations are dyn...
GRAPHICAL MODELLING OF THE OBJECTS – A BASIC ELEMENT IN TEACHING TECHNICAL DRAWING
The paper presents applications developed using AutoCAD and 3D Studio MAX programs. The purpose of the applications is represented by the development of the spatial abilities of the students and they have frequent use in...
CYLINDRICAL-CONICAL SURFACES INTERSECTION USING AUXILIARY SPHERES METHOD WITH MOBILE CENTER
The paper presents: intersection between two cylinders - one is a rotation cylinder and the other is an oblique circular cylinder; intersection between a rotation cylinder with an oblique circular cone. This method can b...
