Study on Manoeuvring Criteria for Safety Assessment in Shallow Water
The necessity of verifying manoeuvring mathematical models in shallow water for studying the safety of ships using a ship-handling simulator is pointed out in this report. Several instances of verification of mathematica...
An SDR-based Study of Multi-GNSS Positioning Performance During Fast-developing Space Weather Storm
The understanding of the ionospheric effects on GNSS positioning performance forms an essential pre-requisite for resilient GNSS development. Here we present the results of a study of the effects of a fast-developing spa...
Applying Simulation Studies to Define Further Development of the Przemyslowy Canal in Szczecin
The increasing sizes of ships and lack of functionality of the existing solutions determine the interest in rebuilding the already existing solutions. Simulation models allow to analyse the possible modernisation variant...
The Selection of Signals for Continuous Wave Radar which Reduce the Sensitivity to Doppler Shift of Frequencies
The signals with ideal correlation properties are of interest for continuous wave radar. At the same time it’s important to provide low sensitivity to Doppler shifts of frequencies. There were considered signals with sp...
