Abstract
7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd as one of the dominant market leader in convenience store industry in Malaysia. Although, there are many booming convenience stores, 7-Eleven is still popular among the Malaysians. The aim of this study is to analyze the customer market and business market involved. In addition, this study also focuses on certain challenges being faced and the possible recommendations to overcome it.
