A case report on Giant lipoma

Abstract
Average dimensions of lipoma are around 3cm.Lipomas greater than 10cm is rare and lipomas in the nape of the neck are generally hibernomas. A 77 year old man presented with a 25cm mass in the nape of the neck and he was comfortable with the same without any constitutional symptoms.
