Journal Title: Turkderm-Turkish Archives of Dermatology and Venereology - Year 2020, Vol 54, Issue 2

Recurrent pigmentations on scars after melanocytic tumor excision can be confusing due to its similarities to melanoma. Meanwhile, these conditions which can be mixed with malignant conditions also cause difficulties in diagnosis. Herein, we present a melanoma case developed on a scar region after a while later compound nevus excision.
