A Comparative Study of the Various Emotional Speech Databases
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2012, Vol 4, Issue 6
Abstract
Speech emotional database and recognition is the challenging part of human computer interaction. The current research focuses towards the detection of emotion in various situations, while the database demands more to fetch out the work of recognition. The study investigates the various existing speech databases containing various basic emotions, enhancing the appropriate database development as well as transformation system for the emotion in speech. It will differentiate various existing techniques to distinguish the databases.

Classification of Medical Images using Fast Hilbert Transform and Decision Tree Algorithms
with generation of huge volume of patient data and advent of modern medical devices, large quantities of medical images are being generated. This has led to development of systems which can automatically compare, classif...
A Knowledge Based Approach for Recognizing Textual Entailment for Natural Language Inference using Data Mining
Recognizing Textual Entailment (RTE) is a relatively new roblem necessary for Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Automated Knowledge Discovery. Natural Language Inference has dealt with approaches like the bag of...
Building Classification System to Predict Risk factors of Diabetic Retinopathy Using Text mining
This Making medical decisions such as diagnosing the diseases that cause a patient’s illness is often a complex task. The Diabetic retinopathy is one of the complications of iabetes and Diabetic retinopathy is one of th...
Audio-Visual Based Multi-Sample Fusion to Enhance Correlation Filters Speaker Verification System
In this study, we propose a novel approach for speaker verification system that uses a spectrogram image as features and Unconstrained Minimum Average Correlation Energy (UMACE) filters as classifiers. Since speech signa...
Automatic Detection of ECG R-R Interval using Discrete Wavelet Transformation
Detection of QRS-complexes takes an important role in the analysis of ECG signal, based on which the number of heart beats and an irregularity of a heart beat through R-R interval can be determined. Since an ECG may be o...
