A DISSEMINATION MECHANISM OF SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS IN GLOBAL SCIENTIFIC NETWORKS (ON EXAMPLE OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS OF CHSIEM)

Abstract
The purpose of the paper is an elucidation of the main dissemination mechanisms of scientific publications of the Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management ( the ChSIEM). The subject of the article is a modern library toolkit: repositary, national and international abstract databases as well as full-text ones. A scientific library becomes a full member of modern informational society owing those databases. The findings of research is an analysis of electronic archives of the Scientific Library of the ChSIEM.
