A forecasting model of labor productivity in the educational sector in Ukraine

Abstract
This article focuses on the role of education in the growth of labor productivity in the economy. It specified the economic nature of educational services, and provided the calculation of labor productivity in the education sector, based on indicators of the System of National Accounts. The article presents the selected factor indicators objectively reflecting economic processes of increased labor productivity that include wages, the number of teaching staff, the total cost of educational services per consumer, the number of consumers of educational services. The author developed economic-mathematical model of the forecast of labor productivity in the educational sector in Ukraine. The assessment of model adequacy was made to be used in forecasting changes in labor productivity in this sector.
