A Framework for Incremental Hidden Web Crawler

Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2010, Vol 2, Issue 3

Abstract

Hidden Web’s broad and relevant coverage of dynamic and igh quality contents coupled with the high change frequency f web pages poses a challenge for aintaining and fetching p-to-date information. For the purpose, it is required to verify hether a web page has been changed or not, which is nother challenge. Therefore, a mechanism needs to be ntroduced for adjusting the time period etween two uccessive revisits based on robability of updation of the web page. In this paper, rchitecture is being proposed that introduces a technique to ontinuously update/refresh the Hidden Web repository.
