A Load Balancing Algorithm for SDN
Journal Title: Scholars Journal of Engineering and Technology - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 11
Abstract
The concept of Software-Defined Networking are growing quickly. The service providers used the concept of Software-Defined Networking has a lot of benefits, despite this they facing challenges too. The traffic distribution between multiple available paths is one of the urgent problem. Taking advantage of the global view of network topology by controller, a load balance algorithm based on current information about processors utilization on service equipment and channel load is proposed in the paper. The proposed algorithm allows to avoid channel overload due to the reservation of residual value of channel bandwidth. Keywords: Software-Defined Networking; load balancing algorithm; adjacency matrix, bandthwidth utilization, maximal throughput.

Review on Effect of Deposition Parameters and Annealing on Structural Properties of Nanocrystalline MSe Thin Films by Chemical bath Deposition
Chemical bath deposition technique has been used to synthesize metal selenide (MSe) thin films. MSe(M= Sn, Zn, Pb, Cd and Cu) thin films are deposited on glass substrates in an aqueous alkaline medium using sodium seleno...
On The Generating Functions of the Powers of the K-Fibonacci Numbers
In this paper we will introduce the k–Fibonacci factorial function and the k–Fibonomial numbers. Then we present the generating function of the powers ofthe k–Fibonacci numbers. Finally, we study the numerators and the...
Parametric Evaluation of Major Operating Items Bench Scale and Industrial Scale
The subject of this experimental report is the application of nano particles in petroleum refinement. Sulfur removal from petroleum using carbon nano tubes is considered in this study. The properties related to the proce...
A Review On Compressive And Flexural Strength Of Concrete Containing Fly Ash In Normal And Acidic Environment
Concrete has become an indispensable construction material and it is now used in greater quantities than any other material. In the present context durability, strength, economy and stainable development are key issues f...
Comparative Studies on Thin Film of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) Deposited by Spray Pyrolysis and RF Sputtering Technique
Thin films of ZnO were deposited on corning glass (by rf sputtering and spray pyrolysis) and annealed at 573 and 673 K respectively. It has been noted that the samples deposited by Spray pyrolysis have an average transmi...
