A Meta-Analytical Study On Religiosity The Eastern Black Sea Sample

Abstract
In this study, “the religiosity aspect and density of the Eastern Black Sea region” will be tried to be revealed. The sub-studies done in the region sampling will be put together. While the religiosity aspect and density are examined, the meta-analytical method will be tried to be used. The data are limited to the years of 2002 - 2015. 6 sub-studies whose sampling number reaches 5008 and which try to determine the belief level of the region, 8 sub-studies whose sampling number reaches 5493 and which try to determine the prayer life, 6 sub-studies whose sampling number reaches 3948 and which analyze the level of religiosity, and 9 sub-studies whose total sampling number is 5833 have been examined. According to the findings obtained, the relationship of the people in the region to the institutional religion has been going on strongly. But sub-studies for whole of the region and each province in the region was found to be inadequate. In particular, about Artvin not reached any suitable studies that its measures are identified.
