A method to determine the transient capacitance of the bifacial solar cell considering the cylindrica grain and the dynamic junction velocity (Sf)
Journal Title: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Collaborative Computing - Year 2017, Vol 3, Issue 11
Abstract
In this paper, we present a new techninic based on the dynamic junc velocity (Sf) conconce ept for the evaluation of the transient diffusion capacitance of the bbiifacial solar cell considering cylindrical model of th hee grains. Associating (Sf), the back surface recombination velocity (SSbb) and the grain boundary recombination velocity (Sgb)gb), we resolved the continuity equation in the base of the solar cell un undder monochromatic illumination. We calculated and ppllo otted the solar cell’s transient diffusion capacitance profile which deeccreases with the dynamic junction velocity (Sf), thehe back surface recombination velocity (Sb), the grain boundary recoommbination velocity (Sgb) and the high wave TThe study shows also that the transient diffusion capacitance increasesess with the grains size (R).

Assessing the Use of Communication Robots for Recreational Activities at Nursing Homes
We are using information communication technology and communication robots (hereafter referred to as "robots") to develop a service to assist recreational activities at nursing homes. The service relies on visual content...
Automated Dimension Determination for NMF-based Incremental Collaborative Filtering
The nonnegative matrix factorization (NMF) based collaborative filtering t e chniques h a ve a c hieved great success in product recommendations. It is well known that in NMF, the dimensions of the factor matrices have t...
Collaborating with executable content across space and time
Executable content is of growing importance in many domains. How does one share and archive such content at Internet-scale for spatial and temporal collaboration? Spatial collaboration refers to the classic concept of us...
Matching with Stochastic Arrival
We study matching in a dynamic setting, with applications to the allocation of public housing. In our model, objects of different types that arrive stochastically over time must be allocated to agents in a queue. For the...
A Scheme for Collaboratively Processing Nearest Neighbor Queries in Oblivious Storage
Security concerns are a substantial impediment to the wider deployment of cloud storage. There are two main concerns on the confidentiality of outsourced data: i) protecting the data, and ii) protecting the access patter...
