A method to determine the transient capacitance of the bifacial solar cell considering the cylindrica grain and the dynamic junction velocity (Sf)
Journal Title: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Collaborative Computing - Year 2017, Vol 3, Issue 11
Abstract
In this paper, we present a new techninic based on the dynamic junc velocity (Sf) conconce ept for the evaluation of the transient diffusion capacitance of the bbiifacial solar cell considering cylindrical model of th hee grains. Associating (Sf), the back surface recombination velocity (SSbb) and the grain boundary recombination velocity (Sgb)gb), we resolved the continuity equation in the base of the solar cell un undder monochromatic illumination. We calculated and ppllo otted the solar cell’s transient diffusion capacitance profile which deeccreases with the dynamic junction velocity (Sf), thehe back surface recombination velocity (Sb), the grain boundary recoommbination velocity (Sgb) and the high wave TThe study shows also that the transient diffusion capacitance increasesess with the grains size (R).
