A Modified Image Fusion Approach Using Guided Filter
Journal Title: International Journal for Research in Applied Science and Engineering Technology (IJRASET) - Year 2016, Vol 4, Issue 7
Abstract
A modified image fusion method using guided filter is proposed to combine images to give final fused image which contain the information common in input images as well as present in either of them. The proposed method adopts simple two scale image decomposition. Focusing on spatial context of images, guided image filter is used to preserve edge information which is uncommon in other methods. The results drawn show the effectiveness of the proposed method. In this paper, on the basis of results, the proposed method is compared with other two methods.

Dynamic Analysis of TCSC on Distance Protection Relay & Its Mitigation
The basic operation principle of distance relay is based on the fact that the line impedance is fairly constant with respect to the line length. However, the implementation of FACTS controllers in power system transmiss...
Design and Analysis of Corrugated Aluminum Sandwich Structures Using Ansys Workbench
Sandwich plates are composed of face plates which are separated by core material. They are usually designed in such a way that the face plates carry the bending and in-plane loads. The core is designed to carry longitud...
