A Multi-stage Stochastic model for a multi-product closed-loop supply chain network design
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering and Science Invention - Year 2019, Vol 8, Issue 1
Abstract
In this research, amulti-stage stochastic model for multi-product closed-loop supply chain network design is developed. The proposed network structure consists of a forward directionwhich provides the first customer zones with virgin products, and a reverse direction which provides the second customer with refurbished products, the suppliers with the recyclable materials and the factories with the remanufacturable products. A multi-stage stochastic mixed integer linear programming (smilp) is used inthe model formulation. The objective of the model is to optimally configure the closed-loop supply chain network to maximize the total expected profit.
