A Novel Approach for Controlling a Size of a Test Suite with Simple Technique
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2010, Vol 2, Issue 3
Abstract
Software testing is an important activity in the software evelopment life cycle. and also expensive phase when ompared to all other phases of the software development life cycle. Software testing purpose is to etect, software failures so that defects may be recoverd and orrected.Softwares are tested through test cases.A test case s set of condition or variables variables under which a tester ill determine whether an application or software system is working correctly or not.For many application test cases are enerated automatically but the main problem is selecting a ffective test cases among all test ases. The process of electing a effective test cases from all test cases is called Test case selection. This process is used for finding a edundant test cases and removing the redundant test cases in a test suite is called test suite minimization. In this paper ,we ropose a novel test suite reduction based on set theory. To emonstarate the applicability of this approach ,we conduct an experimental study ,The result shows that our technique is asy to implement and consumes less time Categories and ubject Descriptors: [Software Engineering]: Testing and ebugging

CHOICES ON DESIGNING GF (P) ELLIPTIC CURVE COPROCESSOR BENEFITING FROM MAPPING HOMOGENEOUS CURVES IN PARALLEL MULTIPLICATIONS
Modular inversion operation is known to be the most time consuming operation in ECC field arithmetic computations. In addition, Many ECC designs that use projective coordinates over GF (p) have not considered different f...
Tree-kNN: A Tree-Based Algorithm for Protein Sequence Classification
The phylogenomic classification of protein sequences attempts to categorize a given protein within the evolutionary context of the entire family. It involves mainly four steps: selection of homologous sequences, multiple...
