Abstract
It is a natural fact that one’s beliefs and values are very personal; these things are dependent on many things like individual’s background, society, personal views and many other things. Many times during our duties we come across numerous situations where we knowingly or unknowingly harm the beliefs and values of our clients. So in order to protect ourselves and the clients there are certain legal and ethical aspects, that have to be followed while providing care to the clients.
