A PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED IN THE HAJJ: THE TIMING OF MUZDALIFAH WAITING

Abstract
According to the majority of scholars of fiqh is one of the obligatory pilgrimage to stay overnight in Muzdalifah. Due to be out of it or leave time must sacrifice a sheep and goats. But today, because of the large crowds it cannot be done on time, eventually various discussions are taking place between the pilgrims. In our article has tried to determine the reasons outside wait time in Muzdalifah according to the opinions of the nass and fiqh scholars. Our research result that the current practice been found to agree with the Sunnah of the Prophet, and has also with the views of each sect.
