Abstract
Developing from scratch is not particularly unstable and irregular, starting and building a layout and then be left to the states on the basis of the desired development process will result in some improvement. Countries, especially in rural areas, people living at least financially better as have the possibility to become the great hope and called metropolitan cities migrate to the negative nature of this situation and an irregular and uncontrolled population growth spontaneously's been added transportation and access issues arise. With today's technology, the best solution to this mess is one of the ways is the alternative to the subway.
