A rare case of broken injection needle embedded in the chest wall of an infant

Abstract

needle in the chest wall may be due to trauma and often accidental, which can be either asymptomatic or may lead to life threatening complications such as pneumothorax due to the potential for migration. We describe a rare case of broken-needle embedded in the chest wall in an infant.
