Abstract
Kimura disease (KD) is a chronic inflammatory disorder with angiolymphatic proliferation, usually affecting young men of Asian race but is rare in other races. The disease is characterized by a triad of painless subcutaneous masses in head and neck region, blood and tissue eosinophilia and moderately elevated serum immunoglobulin E levels.
