A REMARK ON ESTIMATING DEFECTIVENESS IN SAMPLING ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION
Journal Title: Colloquium Biometricum; Colloquium Biometricum (Online) - Year 2016, Vol 46, Issue
Abstract
Summary The problem of estimating a probability of success in a Binomial model is considered. The classical estimator is compared with the estimator which uses the information about non-homogeneity of the sample. An application to the problem of estimating defectiveness in sampling acceptance inspection is shown.

COMPARISON OF PARMESAN CHEESE DRYING COURSE BY MEANS OF REGRESSION METHODS
The aim of the article is to compare regression lines which describe relations between the inverse of water content in cheese and time of drying. Each line involves one of the combinations of Parmesan’s type cheese piece...
CORRELATIONS AMONG CHOSEN TRAITS OF STANDING TREES IN 35-YEARS OLD PINE STANDS
The paper presents results of studies on dependency between chosen stem measurements – DBH (diameter at breast height), height, increment in breast height diameter, slenderness, current increment of tree volume and as tr...

A METHOD FOR ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA FROM FIELD AND BREWERY TRIALS
In the paper a method for statistical analysis of data with brewing barley is proposed which allows to use information from designing a field experiment. The experiment was conducted during the growing seasons 2008–2010...
What story does the Durov diagram tell?
The Durov diagram is a popular visualization technique applied in hydrogeology to display the major ions as percentages of milli-equivalents in two ternary (trilinear) graphs that form an additional two-dimensional proje...
