Abstract
The need of hemovigilance should be emphasized among all health care professionals. Considerable training is required in terms and objectives of hemovigilance, the establishment of a hemovigilance department in every institute and reporting methodology. In view of this a retrospective analysis was done in our institute on transfusion reactions for the period between January 2014 and December 2014.
