A REVIEW ON ANTICANCER POTENTIAL OF THIAZOLE-HETEROCYCLIC HYBRID COMPOUNDS
Journal Title: European Journal of Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Sciences - Year 2018, Vol 5, Issue 5
Abstract
In anticancer drugs, hybrid structure are of great therapeutic interest due they can potentially overcome most of the pharmacokinetic drawbacks. Thiazole-heterocyclic hybrid derivatives are another class of heterocyclic compounds with a wide range of biological activities and significance in the field of medicinal chemistry. The purpose of the present review article, to review the structural modifications on different thiazole derivatives by combine with different heterocyclic moieties for anticancer activity.
