Abstract
Presence of particulate and gaseous contaminants like, respirable dust, SOx , NOx , smoke gases etc. in the atmosphere is harmful to human beings, animals, plants and property. The current review summarizes the studies and research carried out to know the different types of air pollution control devices to control particulate matter or gaseous pollutant from environment.
