Abstract
Solubility are often defined because the amount of solute dissolved during a solvent at certain conditions to yield a single ¬phase system. Solubility of active pharmaceutical ingredients is taken into account the foremost parameter to urge the most desired drug concentration generally circulation so as to realize the specified therapeutic effect. Poor aqueous solubility considered the most problem occurs within the formulation progress of latest chemical entities additionally to the quality improvement solubility is that the main dispute for formulation scientists. The drug must appear as solution at the location of absorption so as to be absorbed. Many physical or chemical modification techniques are wont to improve the solubility of low aqueous soluble drugs, in addition to other techniques like particle size reduction, crystal engineering, salt formation, solid dispersion, use of surfactant and complexation.
