A revisão do currÃculo de arquivologia em debate na UFSM: contribuição a partir de pesquisa acadêmica

Abstract
Currently, evaluate the education, independent of the area of knowledge, is fundamental, especially because of the new demands of the labor market allied to the need of the employment of tools of the Information Technology. The Course of Archival Science of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) finds in this context, since this work aims to show the continuity of the process of evaluation of education of Archival Science that started in the Course in 2011 prolonging until the year 2012. With the promotion of new spaces for dialogue and an agenda of discussions around the recommendations of the archival community, verified in 2011, was possible to reflect on the education of Archival Science from the proposals gathered in events of teachers and students, compiling suggestions for the curriculum revision like the integration of disciplines of the valid curriculum with the Information Technology and the insertion of subjects like archival public politics and scientific thought.
