A Study of a Neutrosophic Complex Numbers and Applications

Abstract
In this paper, we will define the definition of neutrosophic complex number, by forms cartesian and polar, and some application for it. For sum two neutrosophic complex number, product, and division. The main objective is define a power and roots of neutrosophic complex number, Also, define a neutrossophic complex functions, And conditions Cauchy-Riemann, In addition, we have given the method of denote the harmonic conjugate.
